This Refund & Claims Policy applies to all transportation and logistics services provided by Reliable Logistics Solutions. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy on Refunds

Due to the nature of trucking, freight transportation, car hauling, and equipment transport services, all sales are considered final once transportation services have been scheduled or rendered.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of Reliable Logistics Solutions, in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

2. Damage, Loss, or Delay Claims

Reliable Logistics Solutions takes every reasonable measure to ensure shipments are handled safely and professionally. However, in the event of damage, loss, or delay, the following applies:

  • Any damage or loss claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and documented on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.

  • Claims reported after delivery acceptance without notation may be denied.

  • Photographic evidence and supporting documentation may be required.

3. Insurance Coverage for Damages

All eligible claims for damage or loss are subject to the terms and limits of the applicable cargo insurance policy.

  • Reliable Logistics Solutions does not issue direct cash refunds for damaged cargo.

  • Approved claims are handled through the carrier’s insurance provider, not as service refunds.

  • Coverage is limited to insured risks and policy limits and does not include excluded items or conditions.

4. Investigation Process

All claims are subject to a formal investigation by Reliable Logistics Solutions and/or its insurance partners. This process may include:

  • Review of pickup and delivery documentation

  • Inspection reports

  • Driver statements

  • Securement verification

  • Compliance with shipping instructions

Reliable Logistics Solutions reserves the right to deny claims that are determined to be:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly packaged or prepared shipments

  • Noted as “received in good condition” at delivery

  • Outside the scope of insurance coverage

  • Resulting from shipper-provided misinformation

5. Cancellations

  • Shipments canceled before dispatch may be eligible for partial refund, minus administrative or processing fees.

  • Shipments canceled after dispatch or pickup are not eligible for refunds and may incur additional charges.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or claims will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or acts of God

  • Delays due to shipper or receiver unavailability

  • Incorrect shipment details provided by the shipper

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not properly secured, packaged, or disclosed

7. Limitation of Liability

Reliable Logistics Solutions’ liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and applicable insurance coverage. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, income, or profits

  • Delays beyond reasonable control

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws where services are rendered.
